Feeding Time
It's a fair presumption that we stay pretty busy here at Greatest Cape. As we are continually trying to update our database of articles, communicate with our new members, and add new functionality, we rarely stop to look up !Because of our frenetic pace, we are possible guilty of having neglected to make our members aware of some new functionality. So we thought we'd take an opportunity to do just that !
Because we believe that most of our members are busy people, we have tried to make accessing our content as quick, easy and informative as possible. For this reason, we have modified one of our site's primary features for allowing members to quickly peruse upcoming events from our Cape Coral Events calendar. We have added the Cape Coral Events - RSS feed. It can be found directly below the Events listings. A brief click upon the icon shown there ( and pictured above ) will place a bookmark to the Event Calendar's primary upcoming listings. Of course, for a comprehensive look, you'll still have to check out the list. But if time is limited, we think this will help to save you time !
Another feed we added for our members, is the NPR (National Public Radio) Top Stories. It can be found in our Orange column on the index page, just below the Members Only block. This feed features current world and national stories of current significance. We want our members to be able to access news on both the local and national fronts. We hope that the candid and forthright nature of NPR will provide a refreshing perspective !
In the interest of saving time, we'll introduce new audio podcasts in June..so get your iPods ready !
