Let Me Catch My Breath !
I will ask the present members and visitors to forgive me. You might think I have no manners, but I promise that I do! Without any further delay I wish to say, Thank you ! In the course of functioning as this site's administrator, I, at least so far, have yet to look up and see what is going on. So, I want to take a moment to do that now. First, I want to say that I really appreciate the nice comments I have received from visitors and members, alike. We are working very hard to provide a valuable service to our residents, which doesn't revolve around a profit motive. So, if you don't find any pop-ups, pop-unders or Google ads littering every page of our site, that is why.
Second, I want to let you know that since our launch about 3 weeks ago, we have had nearly 10,000 visitors to our site ! Needless to say, we think that is a pretty good start, especially since we haven't begun our advertising campaign.
Finally, I want to encourage our readers, members and visitors to ( Please ) tell a friend. If you know someone that lives, works, or plays in the Cape or a winter visitor that just wants to stay in the know, Greatest Cape is a perfect way to help them do just that !
Wait, I almost forgot to mention that since the US Census Department has recently declared that Cape Coral is the '4th FASTEST GROWING CITY IN THE USA', we are hopeful that our membership will continue to grow. The most important thing I want to say is that I'm glad you're here !
